Control panel

Rotation Unit
The inner diameter of the rotation unit spindle is 58mm. The hydraulic chuck with interchangeable jaws allows quick adaption to different size rods. The spindle speed automatically adaption by hydraulic motor. It can reach low rotational speed and high torque when use the gear case of the 1:2.5 transmission ratio.
Drilling mud pump
Drill mud pump, the auxiliary equipment for GP46150-1 and GP46210 drilling machine, is used to convey flushing liquid when drilling shallow holes by using diamond, steel or carbide drilling bits. The carring liquids could be clean water, oil water emulsion, and slurry water, etc. The BWJ-80A drilling mud pump is used on GP46150-1 and GP46210 drilling machines. It is of the horizontal, three-cylinder, single-functional reciprocating piston pump. The change-speed device can make drilling mud pump convey flow at 3 different levels. Rod Holder
Gripping action of the rod is synchronized with the hydraulic chuck. The device insurance the gripping actions is mechanically but loosen ones is hydraulically. The main advantages with this design is that the rod holder will never loosen its grip on the drilling string--even in case of the oil pressure drop unexpectedly, and guarantee the safety of drilling upward as well.

Safety Instructions
