Integrated open pit/surface DTH/Top hammer drill drilling machine equipment for blasting hole/blast hole drill with compressor on board GP830 is all-in-one hydraulic DTH drilling rig, which brings you more automation, higher working efficiency, better reliability and simpler operation. The FOPS-approved cabin and automatic pipe handling system are equipped. Heavy-duty undercarriage with wide tracks ensures its travelling safety while move quickly. Hydraulic dust collecting system meet the latest environmental protection regulations and it is reliable solution to meet the modern green mining.

High efficiency
It is equipped with small electrical air compressor, when start the engine, the small air compressor work firstly to reduce the load on the main air compressor to ensure the engine's smooth start and decrease the starting damage.
Three-degree-freedom, multi-directional drilling arm structure, with an telescopic straight boom, effectively expand the drilling coverage.
Durability
The heavy-duty undercarriage is featured of robust structural strength, wide tracks and excellent gradeability, which ensures its stability while travelling and working. It use motor-driven planetary reducer and chain wheel mode, chain's strength is high, working life is long, adjustment is easy.
Convenience
Repair and maintenance are very convenient since that maintenance and check points are easily accessible, engine compartment is well organized, and all service doors can be easily opened and closed.
Drill machine's working data, reminder and alarming are all integrated on the instrument panel, convenient for the operator to control the machine.
Safety
The closed cabin is equipped with air-con, FOPS approved, which meet EU and US safety protection standards. The all around large safety windows offer great visibility to the operation to control the drilling precision.
