GTC10E Flame proof diesel rubber-wheel truck
This equipment is a rubber-wheel auxiliary transportation equipment for underground coal mine, with flame-proof diesel engine and hydraulic-mechanical transmission. It is four-wheel drive, positive driving, central articulation, hydraulic steering, big steering angle, flexible steering, small turning radius, strong power, good gradeability, equipped with complete diesel engine protection system. It is applicable for coal mines' underground transportation of material and small equipments.
The flame-proof diesel engine system's prototype is Cummins B series engine. Power could still reach 105kW after flame-proof. Air inlet system adopted the imported mass-flow DONALDSON air filter, air exhaust system adopted exhausted-air water-washing process, starting mode is pneumatic with imported pneumatic motor.
Transmission system adopted America DANA torque converter, power shift gearbox, four gears for forward and backward each, high reliability. Drive axle is German KESSLER rigid axle. This axle has POSI-STOP wet type multiple disk safety brake, spring brake, hydraulic release. With external forced cooling system, applicable for heavy-duty&long-distance&large gradient working conditions. Tyre is filling type mining tyre. Other manufacturers often adopted domestic torque converter, transmission and hydraulic brake drive axle, without external forced cooling system, under the heavy-duty&long-distance&large gradient working conditions, brake will become hot easily, if no external forced cooling system, the braking performance will be greatly influenced or lose efficacy, so the whole safety performance is bad.
Steering system is hydraulic power steering with bilateral steering cylinder, adopted ETON load-sensing steerer.
The vehicle frame is central articulated, welded by superior 16Mn steel plate, processed by vibration aging to ensure high strength and avoid deformation; Rear axle swing left and right concentrating the frame center to improve the whole machine's adhesive performance.
Front&rear steel plate spring suspension system.
Rear dumping type carriage, reasonable design and large loading capacity. Complete dumping, welded by superior Mn16 steel plate, wear-resistant and durable. Push-off dumping type&lifting dumping type carriage is optional based on user's actual needs. Horizontal push-off type is 2-stage dumping mode while lifting type has 3 side tailgates to open for convenient dumping.
All-closed cabin, the whole machine's operation can be finished in the cabin, such as forward&&backward moving, speed control, steering control, dumping carriage operation; Broader vision and convenience for the driver.
Hydraulic pumps&valves adopted foreign famous brand, reliable quality and performance.
