Working Process of HP series cone crusher:
Motor drives the rotation of transmission shaft by belt pulley and v-belts, and transmission shaft drives the rotation of eccentric sleeve around the main shaft through the spiral bevel gear so as to crush the materials continuously. The material is crushed from all directions, and it is crushed and polished according to their own grain, which helps produce building aggregates with higher compression strength. The materials that meet the requirements are discharged from the cranking gap of crushing wall, and the remaining materials continue to be crushed until those materials reach the standard.
