The Technical Specification for Electrical Part
PLC central control, Siemens PLC300C above, DCS communication port, has communication module function. Except low voltage signals, main motor's all temperature measuring signals will be sent to low voltage control cabinet, which is convenient for monitoring each part temperature when the motor working.

Control method and function
1. Control method
Each set equipment's (except main motor) electrical control include following:
A. Mill machine body: Main bearing temperature monitor (2 points), main bearing lubrication oil flow monitor (1 point each bearing), pinion gear bearing
Temperature monitor(1 point each bearing), above monitor points are all 4- 20mA analog quantity.
B. Lubrication station: Lubrication oil temperature monitor, high pressure oil pressure monitor, low pressure oil pressure monitor, pressure difference monitor, oil level monitor.
C. Injection lubrication: Start/stop display.
D. Low speed transmission: Start/stop display
E. Air clutch: Gasholder pressure monitor, gasbag pressure monitor.
F. Main motor: Bearing temperature monitor (1 point each bearing), stator temperature monitor ( 1 point each phase)
Supplement: Pressure, flow, temperature signals are all 4-20mA analog quantity.
2. Control function
A. Manual, automatic, remote control 3 types of operating mode.
B. Each monitor point of temperature, pressure, pressure difference, oil level etc, all the signals will be sent to control cabinet PLC for processing, and then according to requirement to monitor, control and alarm.
C. Featured of sound-light alarm, fault diagnosis (automatic switch trip), on-line temperature, pressure curves display and memory function.
D. When main motor and air clutch work synchronously, low speed transmission device will stop working automatically.
