DTH JK580 crawler type hydraulic drill rig
JK580 internal combustion crawler-type hydraulic down-hole drill adopts diesel engine (electric motor) and hydraulic oil pump unit as its drive device. The hydraulic motor is to achieve the supporting movements such as turn around, propulsion, exaltation, moving and the swing angle location of hydraulic oil cylinder. Only when the JK580 is doing drill works, the down-hole impacter will exhaust compressed air. Compared with whole-pneumatic drills, the air displacement of matched air compressor is reduced by 30% to 50%, and the consumption of energy (fuel or electricity) is saved by 40% to 50% during operation.
The JK580 internal combustion is a crawler-type hydraulic down-hole drill, mainly used in drilling and blasting task, such as water and electricity project, exploitation of open mine, construction of roads and national defense engineering.
The imported high-power hydraulic motor has great moving drive, dual-speed operating and controlling system, high gradeability to drive the air compressor. It is operated flexibly and is convenient for construction. The crawler floats within the range of 15° , which is suitable for the construction in cragged field. The standard crawler which is used for project is applied, and its moving crawler is in box structure which is firm and durable.
Originally imported hydraulic oil pump has steady performance and long service life.
The drill is installed with CUMMINS 60KW diesel or 70KW Yuchai diesel (it is optional for users), which has reliable performance and strong power. Meanwhile, the suction system of diesel has safe and reliable air filter device to make sure that the diesel will absorb clean air.
Each control valve in the drill adopts advanced next-generation product with more reliable performance. Control console of the drill is set at the back of the drill to provide the convenience for various operations and controls to the drill. The moving manipulation may be swung upon the needs. It is safer to be far from the drill. Control system of the drill is collocated with fast propulsion and lifting control function to reduce the auxiliary time and improve work efficiency.
Turn-around machine and sliding framework
Turn-around machine adopts imported hydraulic motor with a large turn-around torque, and simple, reliable and durable structure. Sliding framework is composed of a mechanically processed guide made of manganese steel with a firm and durable frame body. Slide plate is in liner structure and the guide has no abrasion.
The structure of heavy drilling arm is firm, with a long service life. Propulsion mechanism
Hydraulic mote-chain mechanism is adopted to realize the propulsion and lifting of drilling tool. The propulsion drive can be adjusted according to the need of the drilling. The promotion drive is 19, 000N.
